Working towards a common goal
We work with industry leading products and software. We do nothing to tie you to us for the long haul and when we’re done, you have access to everything you need to work independently of us.
Websites are created using WordPress, Joomla or HTML. Design work using Adobe products. Photography using Canon equipment.
We don’t reinvent the wheel. Most requirements come down to a need for something that looks good, represents you well, and is effective.
Talk
First of all we talk to you about what you need, what you want to achieve, what you already have, and how much you can afford to invest.
Then we create a clear quotation, listing everything that we think you need and how much the work will cost.
On appointment, we agree our plan and timescales.
Any tasks that need your input – such as creating content or providing information – will be confirmed. Dates and deadlines – such as a date for photographic work – will be agreed. If you have requested creation of Welsh language content we will book the translator.
Plan
Do
In most cases this is an iterative process: we create prototypes for you to review and feedback upon. We refine and improve. You review again.
For websites, hosting and domains will be set up. For printing, confirmed quotations will be agreed. Normally we ask you to contract directly with third party companies. That way, you’re assured of the best prices and full control in the future.
On completion of our work, full access is handed to you. For websites we provide a 60 day maintenance agreement to cover snagging or minor changes.
Whilst we’d love you to employ us in the future, our commitment to industry standard products means that you can easily find the skills required to make changes or updates in the future.
